  1. Hi there,

My name is Elizabeth, I help manage a food trailer called Rolls Rice. Are you guys interested in having another food vendor for this year’s event? We serve authentic vietnamese cuisine on wheels. Our trailer is self contained and has its own electricity and water. Please let me know, I can provide more information if you are keen!

    Regards,
    Elizabeth Nguyen

    • Hello Elizabeth

we decided to go a different route than food trucks this year. We may change it up next year, or use food trucks for future events. I will definitely keep you in mind – thanks for your interest.
